2025 winner: megan Gall

The Vandalia Gathering, held each Memorial Day weekend at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston, hosts the West Virginia Liars Contest which is the premier tall tale contest in the state. This year, Megan was pronounced the Biggest Liar and took home the coveted Golden Shovel presented by Goldenseal magazine!
